There is whitewater rafting, fishing and hiking in Voss.
We were only passing through and had limited time there.
So I decided we will go to Bordalsgjelet.
There is the option of walking to it from the church ( in my last post).
But we drove all the way, where there was a small parking lot.
Just 2 other families other than us who soon left.
So we had the whole place to ourselves.
The gorge is deep and narrow with a river rushing through it.
The path is narrow but quite easy to walk on, albeit a little wet.
Water is dripping from the boulders, but you don’t get wet wet.
From the bridge on the road, we could see the potholes formed by the water.
I don’t think many people come here.
I found it dramatic and refreshing.
